Exchange & Return Policy:
We currently offer exchanges only to ensure you get the perfect fit and style you love.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability
- In case the requested item is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative of equal value

Refund Policy:
At Sootakari, every piece is thoughtfully designed and handled with love and care. As we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds to the original mode of payment.
In rare and genuine cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the nature of the concern and item eligibility.

Store credit may be considered in the following cases:

Missing Items
In case of any missing item in your order, we kindly request you to share a clear unboxing video as it is mandatory for us to raise the concern with our shipping partner. Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
